Pre-Diagnostic Assessment 
The Diagnostic Assessment component of Integrated Learning
initiates the learning process by helping students and instructors
identify tutoring objectives, and then help determine what type of
tutoring is required to meet those goals. By assessing nee
(strengths and weaknesses) at the beginning of the learning
lifecycle, students and parents are able to identify and choose the
right solutions to maximize their investment.BAES Learning Center
assessment tools come in a variety of formats:
Reading Diagnostic Assessment - Examines your child's skill level in
reading comprehension, phonics, sight & functional vocabulary, oral
reading fluency & rate, study skills & strategies, and auditory
discrimination.
Math Diagnostic Assessment - Examines your child's skills in math
concepts and applications, math computation, and auditory
discrimination.
Study Skills Diagnostic Assessment - Examines your child's use of
important study skills in up to twelve different categories &
examines their skill level in reading and math. top
Customized Learning 
Based on your childs performance on the assessment, a customized
educational program is design focusing on your childs academic
needs. Choose from Individualized Face-to-Face Instruction,
Interactive Instructionor Self-paced Group Anytime Learning.
Once the skill level of your child is assessed at the learning center, we can develop a program. To teach these skills effectively, we link directly to each student's schoolwork and incorporate motivational tools to make the program enjoyable.
Integrated Solutions combining multiple methods of delivery
and other learning resources into one program to help your child to
most effectively meet their learning goals. Instruction at the BAES
Learning Center is provided on an individualized basis while
maintaining a student-to-instructor ratio of no more than 3-to-1 in
the case of Group Anytime. This ensures your child will have the
personal attention he or she needs at BAES Learning Center, while
building the confidence to work independently. Student progress is
reviewed periodically and lesson plans are updated upon mastery
of new skills, keeping the learning process challenging to guarantee
the best results for success. top
Reinforcement
Most children require three study methods or resources to retain
the highest percentage of information. As part of our Integrated
Learning model, BAES provides reinforcement tools to increase
retention of the course material and advance the learning process.
From hands-on interactive to reference materials to practice
exams, the learning experience is enhanced by learning guides.
Students receive a learning guide to use as an at-a-glance review
tool to outline the main concepts and skills presented in the
learning course. This guide is a condensed hard-copy booklet of the
corresponding course.
Mastery top
Not only do our students receive study tools required for
learning, but also the supplemental support services to help
complete and master the learning cycle. Our support resources are
a valuable extension of our reinforcement tools. We provide
personal attention to every student. With our "self-motivated-
learning" approach students are equipped to tackle every school
assignment with confidence upon mastery of study skills.
Validation 
Track the progress and results of the learning through the customized reports and capabilities of the learning system. In the validation process, the student can identify the acquired knowledge, areas requiring improvement, and the value of the skills gained. Through course evaluations, post-class assessments and surveys, students know they are achieving their desired learning goals. Students can take a post-assessment to identify acquired and retained knowledge. top
Reading Program
Our comprehensive reading program will help your child improve dramatically in the areas of Phonics, Comprehension, and Writing.
Phonics - Pre-reading skills -- Phonics skills are the building blocks of reading, enabling accurate word sounding, letter recognition, letter formation, consonant and vowel sounds, compound words, syllabication and vocabulary building. Through practice and mastery of these pre-reading skills, students will have the reading help they need to move successfully to more intensive reading materials.
Reading Comprehension -Students will learn how to retain information and derive meaning from reading. Students will engage in oral reading on a regular basis, so that their instructor can provide assistance to set accuracy, fluency and self-confidence in reading skills. Your child will also learn to make generalizations and inferences by organizing and syntheses what they are reading. These combinations of skills will dramatically raise your child's comprehension.
Writing - Students will gain the ability to recognize sight words and the meanings of words by appropriate word choices in the context of phrases, sentences, and paragraphs. Through these vocabulary building skills, they will learn the proper usage of grammar and punctuation in writing essays or research papers.

BAES Learning Centers offer a comprehensive program in math,
ranging from basic math help to calculus. In each of these tutoring
programs, the lessons are administered using a variety of proven
teaching methods. Students will enjoy learning, practicing, and
mastering math skills necessary for effectively applying logical
thinking and practicality in math and math-related courses.
Our math program will increase your children's computational and
problem-solving skills for a lifelong success. In order to attain the
academic goals in customized program designed for you child, we
highly recommend that math students attend three sessions per
week to ensure your children have excellent test-taking skills.
Study Skills Program top
Study skills are important tools that will greatly improve your child's ability to learn and retain information, thus developing more efficient ways to learn in and out of the classroom. Each student will learn strategies associated with understanding and retaining key concepts in textbooks, reading and taking notes, effective time management, solving and understanding word problems and preparing for and taking quizzes and tests. The study skills program also include learning how to use reference sources, such as the library and the internet in order to write research papers and essays.
